Yes, registration is free and does not take much time at all! To join, all you need to provide is your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Baby's DOB or Expected DOB, and Password. We collect your payment details so that we don't have to disturb you once your trial period is over. We will automatically bill you either monthly or annually, based on what you decide. Our privacy policy explains what we do with the information you enter into Mommyato.

To log out of your session, click on the Sign Out button in the upper right section of your screen. A confirmation message will appear; select Yes to confirm logging out.
We appreciate you trusting us enough to share some sensitive details and your privacy is important to us. To safeguard your confidential information, it is best to log you out at the end of each session.
To reset the password on your account: 1) Select the 'Forgot Password' link. 2) After that, you’ll be redirected to the forgot password screen. 3) Enter the email address used to register your account. 4) A reset password link is sent to the email address entered. 5) From your email inbox, click on the link and you’ll be redirected to create a new password. 6) Click 'Submit' once complete.
* Annual subscription plans can be cancelled or switch to monthly membership plan within 15-days without penalty * Monthly plans can be cancelled at anytime and goes into effect for the upcoming billing cycle. You retain access to Mommyato until the end of the current paid billing period
We'd be sorry to see you go. But if you are ready to cancel your Mommyato subscription, it's very easy to do so. You can cancel at anytime: 1) Visit the 'Account Information' tab in your Profile. 2) Click 'Cancel Subscription' 3) Confirm cancellation 4) You will receive an email to confirm that your subscription was cancelled

Your account is locked if incorrect login credentials were entered five(5) times consecutively. You will be redirected to the forgot password screen. Follow the below steps to unlock your account: 1) Enter the email address used to create your account and click submit. 2) A reset password link will be sent to the email address entered. 3) From your email inbox, click on the link and you’ll be redirected to create a new password. 4) Please enter a new password. 5) Re-enter new password and click 'Submit'. 6) You will be redirected to the login screen.
Currently, accounts can be active or inactive. You can end your subscription at any time. If you would like to reactivate, you can select the applicable subscription plan and reactivate your account using the same email address.
From the Dashboard, navigate to the Profile screen from the left menu bar. Then navigate to the Account Information tab to update your account details.
You can unsubscribe from any of our communications at any time. Click on the 'unsubscribe' link in the footer of any of our emails that you received.

Mommyato content is evidenced-based and put through rigorous review with ongoing real-time updates.

You will always receive a confirmation or error message when saving information to confirm that you're information has been saved, however if information is not being saved you can contact us or create a support ticket for additional assitance.
A postpartum plan is your roadmap through your fourth trimester of pregnancy. Your plan includes support and guidance for each component of recovery: including your support team, mental wellness, infant feeding and your physical recovery.
Postpartum depression can occur at any stage of pregnancy and throughout your postpartum period, therefore, we ask you to complete this screening tool so we can be sure to help monitor how you are feeling. This will allow you to seek help if and when you need it. By completing the screening multiple times you can also monitor how you are doing over time. All of your results will be available to you.
Completing the mental wellness check-in is not a requirement to use Mommyato; but it will be exteremly helpful to you, because your mental health is just as important as your physical health. So that we can provide you with the most optimal support, we recommend that you complete this item. Remember, we are here to help. We've got you, Mama!
Mommyato will provide you with weekly check-ins during pregnancy and following birth. However, the Mommyato Game Plan is the backbone of the program. We want to provide you with individualized, personal information that applies to YOU. We can only do this if you complete the Game Plan. It is quick and you can complete one section at a time.
